A Part of the Cost of the Work. The estimated Cost of the Work shall include in the Design Contingency and the Construction Contingency sums established by the Design-Builder for the Design-Builder's use to cover costs permitted under Section 4 Part 4 and other costs which are properly reimbursable as Cost of the Work but not the basis for a Change Order.
