A Permanent Employee, other than a VSE. who undertakes vocational training and education approved by the Company shall not suffer any loss or gain of pay whether or not the training is on or off-the-job provided that where the training includes a period of practical work experience at a higher level, the Employee shall maintain the rate for the classification to which they are assigned.
