Common use of A Policy Grievance Clause in Contracts

A Policy Grievance. is a Grievance involving the interpretation, application or alleged violation of this Agreement that has implications generally for Members initiated by the Association against the Employer, or a Grievance involving the interpretation, application or alleged violation of this Agreement initiated by the Employer against the Association. 8.2.1 Subject to Clause 11.2.1 of this Article, the Association agrees not to bypass the Individual or Group Grievance process by filing Policy Grievances.
