Justice and Dignity The Parties agree that in certain situations, it may be in the best interest of both Employer and employees that employees be reassigned or removed from all job sites during an investigation of conduct. In cases where an employee cannot be reassigned, the employee shall be considered to be on a leave of absence without loss of pay until the Employer makes a decision relative to imposing discipline.
Student Conduct and Discipline The School shall adopt, update, and adhere to written policies concerning standards of student conduct and discipline which shall comply with federal and State laws and which shall incorporate the requirements of Section 5.6. The School shall provide copies to the School's parents and students at the start of each school year and shall make this policy readily accessible from the School’s website or school office, as described in Section 11.4.1. If the policy is not available from the School’s website, the School shall submit the current policy to the Commission.
MAINTENANCE OF CLASSROOM CONTROL AND DISCIPLINE A. When, in the judgment of a teacher, a student is, by behavior, seriously disrupting the instructional program to the detriment of other students, the teacher may exclude the student temporarily from the classroom and refer the student to the building administrator for appropriate intervention. At the request of the referring teacher, an administrator will communicate the status of a disciplinary action within two (2) work days of the request.
Barriers and diversions The Authority shall procure that during the Operation Period, no barriers are erected or placed by any Government Instrumentality on the Bus Terminal except for reasons of Emergency, national security, or law and order.
RESPECT AND DIGNITY The Employer and Union agree that each employee and supervisory representative of the Employer shall be treated with dignity and respect. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment, including sexual harassment, by employees, managers or supervisors towards each other will not be tolerated. Discipline shall be handled in a professional manner.
Permitted Use and Disclosure Each party hereto is permitted to disclose this AGREEMENT and use or disclose the CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION disclosed to it by the other party:
Permitted Uses and Disclosures i. Business Associate shall use and disclose PHI only to accomplish Business Associate’s obligations under the Contract.
Permitted Uses and Disclosures of Phi by Business Associate Except as otherwise indicated in this Agreement, Business Associate may use or disclose PHI, inclusive of de-identified data derived from such PHI, only to perform functions, activities or services specified in this Agreement on behalf of DHCS, provided that such use or disclosure would not violate HIPAA or other applicable laws if done by DHCS.
Health and Diet Counseling This plan covers diabetes and nutritional counseling in accordance with state and federal laws, when prescribed by a physician and provided by either a physician or an appropriately licensed, registered or certified counselor.
Permitted Uses and Disclosures by Business Associate 1. Business Associate may only use or disclose protected health information as necessary to perform the services as outlined in the underlying agreement.
