A verbal reprimand. A written reprimand. Written, dated and signed reprimands will be placed in the employee’s personnel file. An affected employee will be afforded the opportunity to write a response to the written reprimand to be placed in their personnel file. A copy of the written reprimand will be given to the employee. The employee must respond to the written reprimand within ten (10) days of receiving the reprimand.
