Borrowing of Unearned Vacation Credits With the approval of the Employer, an Employee who has been employed for a period of five (5) or more years may be granted five (5) days from the vacation leave of the next subsequent year.

RETURN TO PREVIOUS POSITION A promoted employee who is dismissed during his probationary period, except if the cause warrants action to dismiss him from the County Service, shall return to the position in which he held permanent status, if vacant, or any other vacant position in his former classification unless all positions in that classification are filled. The employee so dismissed may write a letter for inclusion in his permanent personnel file. Upon a return to his former position in the same agency or department, the employee shall not serve a new probationary period. Processing of Grievance It is recognized and accepted by the Union and the County that the processing of grievances as hereinafter provided is limited by the job duties and responsibilities of the employees and shall therefore be accomplished during normal working hours only when consistent with such employee duties and responsibilities. The aggrieved employee's representative, if an employee, shall be allowed a reasonable amount of time without loss in pay, to investigate a grievance, and present grievances to the County during normal working hours provided the employee and the employee representative have notified the designated supervisor.

Salary Impact of Reallocation An employee whose position is reallocated will have their salary determined as follows:
Renewable Energy Credits 5.01. Customer shall offer PMPA and/or Utility a first right of refusal before selling or granting to any third party the right to the Green Attributes associated with its customer-owned renewable generation that is interconnected to Utility’s electric distribution system. The term Green Attributes shall include any and all credits, certificates, benefits, environmental attributes, emissions reductions, offsets, and allowances, however entitled, attributable to the generation of electricity from the customer owned-renewable generation and its displacement of conventional energy generation.
Contributions to Individual Account Programs As of the date that an employee becomes a member of the Individual Account Program established by Section 29 of Chapter 733, Oregon Laws 2003 and pursuant to Section 3 of that same chapter, the State will pay an amount equal to six percent (6%) of the employee’s monthly salary, not to be deducted from the salary, as the employee’s contribution to the employee’s account in that program. The employee’s contributions paid by the State under this Section 2 shall not be considered to be “salary” for the purposes of determining the amount of employee contributions required to be contributed pursuant to Section 32 of Chapter 733, Oregon Laws 2003.
