POST AWARD MEETING. Within ten (10) days after receipt of notification of award of bid, Contractor shall meet with the County’s representative(s) to discuss job procedures and scheduling.

POST AWARD MEETING. A Post-Award Meeting shall be conducted within thirty (30) calendar days of contract award. During the Post Award Meeting, the Contractor shall provide a detailed briefing on its management and contract execution strategy. The contract briefing shall include: any updates following the proposal submittal; an organizational overview; key personnel; material purchasing and Production Readiness Review (PRR) schedules; a description of the Contractor’s quality process, including designation of the quality manager; and a discussion of risk and risk mitigation strategies. The Contractor shall plan for a one-day Post Award Meeting. The requirement for a Post Award Meeting shall, in no event, constitutes grounds for excusable delay by the Contractor in performance of the contract. After Government review of the initial invoice, the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), COR and Contractor may meet to review the adequacy of the supporting documentation that is submitted in accordance with C-242-H002 POST AWARD MEETING (NAVSEA) (OCT 2018).
POST AWARD MEETING. Within five (5) days after the effective date of the contract, a conference attended by the Contractor, Project Manager, other personnel as required and others as appropriate will be held to discuss topics that may include, but not limited to the following: • Service Request ordering procedures • Scheduling of services • Contact lists and phone numbers • Processing of invoices, • Equipment to be used • Adherence to safety requirements • Establish a working understand among the parties as to the Service
POST AWARD MEETING. The Successful Respondent shall be required to attend a post-award meeting at the primary work location within approximately ten (10) calendar days of the award of the contract.
POST AWARD MEETING. The Contractor shall host a post award meeting at the Contractor’s facility to include contracts, management, and technical personnel no later than 45 days after contract award. The presentation material and minutes of the meeting shall be provided to the Government (CDRL A020).

POST AWARD MEETING. The Contractor may be required to attend a post-award meeting with the Using Agency to discuss the terms and conditions of this Contract. This meeting will be coordinated by the Procurement Officer of the Contract.
POST AWARD MEETING. 3.1.1 The Contractor shall organize and conduct, in coordination with NSWC PHD stakeholders, Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), a post award meeting within 15 calendar days following award of this requirement or as agreed with NSWC PHD stakeholders and COR. The purpose of the meeting is for the Government and Contractor to review key areas and challenges, and to establish dates for near term meetings and actions. The Contractor shall provide via electronic mail (email) the proposed briefing agenda to the COR five (5) calendar days prior to meeting. The Contractor may conduct the meeting via telecommunication.
