ABUSE HANDLING REQUIREMENTS. 12.1. In connection with use of Leaseweb Services, Customer shall adopt and apply an abuse handling procedure which is compliant with the Policies, with the law that applies to the Sales Contract and with any other law applicable to Customer and, where applicable by law: (i) carry out appropriate risk assessments to determine the likelihood for any infringing activity (including those outlined in Clause 5.4 of the Acceptable Use Policy) to take place or be facilitated through its own offering; (ii) implement and apply appropriate measures (including technical measures) designed to inhibit non-compliant or infringing activities; (iii) evaluate the effectiveness and efficacy of any such measures ; (iv) if needed, implement further measures so as to ensure that the measures implemented by the Customer are proportionate to the likelihood of any such infringing taking place and appropriate to prevent that; and (v) keep appropriate records of any such risk assessment, implementation, and evaluation.
ABUSE HANDLING REQUIREMENTS. 8.1.1 In connection with the use of 3W INFRA’s Services, CUSTOMER shall adopt and apply an abuse handling procedure which is compliant with the 3W INFRA Policies, with the law that applies to the Agreement and with any other law applicable to CUSTOMER.

  • ORDERING REQUIREMENTS Eligible Purchasers shall order Goods and/or Services from this Master Contract, consistent with the terms hereof and by using any ordering mechanism agreeable both to Contractor and Purchaser but including, at a minimum, a purchase order. When practicable, Contractor and Purchaser also shall use telephone orders, email orders, web-based orders, and similar procurement methods (collectively “Purchaser Order”). All Purchase Orders must reference the Master Contract number. The terms of this Master Contract shall apply to any Purchase Order and, in the event of any conflict, the terms of this Master Contract shall prevail. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, in no event shall any ‘click-agreement,’ software or web-based application terms and conditions, or any other agreement modify the terms and conditions of this Master Contract.
