ABUSE/NEGLECT INVESTIGATIONS. A) The employee shall be informed in writing of the charges against him/her before the employee is required to respond to questions concerning the complaint or charges. B) Management shall attempt to schedule interviews as close to the employee’s regular shift as possible. Off-duty staff may be mandated and/or called back to work to be interviewed. Employees are required to participate in initial and follow-up interviews. C) Employees shall be notified in writing of the results of the investigation.
