Academic Responsibility of Faculty Members. e. A rating of Unsatisfactory performance will be demonstrated by a faculty member not providing evidence of ongoing research/scholarship/creative activity; failing to demonstrate any progress in advancing his/her scholarly agenda since his/her last performance evaluation; failing to develop a viable proposal to initiate scholarship that demonstrates the potential of the faculty member to make the meaningful scholarly or creative contributions expected of all faculty members, including failing to submit the required annual evaluation portfolio by the established deadline, or failing to maintain the professional decorum set forth in Article 10.3 Academic Responsibility of Faculty Members.
