Common use of Academic Unit Assignment Clause in Contracts

Academic Unit Assignment. Academic staff members are assigned, where appropriate, to departments. Interdisciplinary appointments may be made and the letter of appointment shall indicate the primary academic unit to which a member is assigned. This shall determine the unit to which the member belongs for actions arising pursuant to Article 25.
