Common use of Acceptability Clause in Contracts

Acceptability. The insurance to be maintained by Consultant must be issued by a company licensed or approved by the Insurance Commissioner to transact business in the State of Georgia. Such insurance shall be placed with insurers with a Best's Policyholder’s Rating of “A” or better and with a financial rating of Class VII or greater, or be otherwise acceptable to Xxxx County. All policies shall be subject to approval by Xxxx County Attorney’s Office as to form and content.
