Common use of Acceptance and Term of Employment Clause in Contracts

Acceptance and Term of Employment. (a) The Company agrees to employ Executive, and Executive agrees to serve the Company, on the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Term of Employment shall commence on September 8, 2015 (the “Commencement Date”) and continue until the third anniversary of the Commencement Date, unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 7 hereof (the “Term of Employment”).

The Term of Employment Executive’s employment hereunder shall commence on September 8April 1, 2015 2023 (the “Commencement Start Date”) ), and continue until the third anniversary of the Commencement Date, unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 7 hereof (the “Term of Employment”).
