Acceptance by OIX Sample Clauses

Acceptance by OIX. OIX will review Registrant’s submission of Qualified Material to verify the source of the submission, to check for completeness of the information required to process the registration, and to otherwise review the submitted materials for compliance with the procedural requirements of this Agreement. However, OIX has no obligation to validate any of the claims made in, or otherwise verify the accuracy or completeness of, any Qualified Material submitted for Registration. In addition, OIX may require that Registrant provide additional documentation and information as OIX deems appropriate to process the submission for Registration. OIX may reject any submission of Qualified Material, or remove any Registration, that OIX determines, in its sole discretion, to be non-compliant with this Agreement.

Acceptance by OIX. Applicant understands and agrees that this Agreement and Applicant’s admission as a Member of OIX is subject to acceptance by OIX. This Agreement shall only become binding on OIX when and if accepted and executed by OIX.
Acceptance by OIX. Member understands and agrees that this Agreement and Member’s Listing as a Listed Member of OIX associated with the certifications listed on the Listing Information is subject to acceptance by OIX. This Agreement shall only become binding on OIX when and if accepted and executed by OIX.

  • Acceptance by Recipient This Agreement must be signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Recipient and returned to, and received by, the OPWC within forty-five (45) days of the date written on the first page of this Agreement. Failure of the Recipient to return a fully executed copy of this Agreement to the OPWC within the forty-five (45) day limit will result in this Agreement being declared null and void. However, upon the Recipient presenting the Director with a written explanation of the need to extend this forty-five (45) day limit, the Director, in his sole discretion, may extend the forty-five (45) day limit.

  • Acceptance/Payment Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by County, 1) acceptance shall not be deemed complete unless in writing and until all the goods/services have actually been received, inspected, and tested to the satisfaction of County, and 2) payment shall be made in arrears after satisfactory acceptance.
