SUBMITTED MATERIALS. As defined in Section 5.2 of this Agreement.
SUBMITTED MATERIALS means as defined in Section 5.6, paragraph (b).
SUBMITTED MATERIALS means all goods, data, deliverables, output, and materials that are submitted or required to be submitted by the Contractor or its Representatives to the City in the performance of the Work, and all copyright therein.

SUBMITTED MATERIALS means any material including documents, information or data provided by you to us in connection with the Services.
SUBMITTED MATERIALS. As defined in Section 5.2 of this Agreement. "SUBSIDIARY": With respect to any Person, any entity of which securities or other ownership interests having ordinary voting power to elect a majority of the board of directors or other body performing similar functions are at any time directly or indirectly owned by such Person or, in the case of a Cable System, the right to direct the management or operation of such Cable System pursuant to a management agreement with a term of at least three years, for so long as such management agreement remains in effect; provided that, Licensee shall notify Licensor in writing immediately when it ceases management of any such Cable System.   • Recyclable Materials means materials that are separated from mixed municipal solid waste for the purpose of recycling or composting, including paper, glass, plastics, metals, automobile oil, batteries, source-separated compostable materials, and sole source food waste streams that are managed through biodegradative processes. Refuse-derived fuel or other material that is destroyed by incineration is not a recyclable material. (Minn. Stat. § 115A.03, Subd. 25a)

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.
