Common use of Acceptance Criteria Clause in Contracts

Acceptance Criteria. a) The operational ground check, the engine performance check and the acceptance flight contemplated in clause 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 shall be conducted using Airbus’ ISATM. b) Upon completion of such acceptance flight or testing, the representative of Airbus participating in such flight or testing shall indicate in writing to the Seller any discrepancies in the Aircraft required to be corrected by the Seller in order to comply with the provisions of the Delivery Conditions.
