In case an alleged discrepancy is disputed, Airbus and the Seller will jointly select and appoint a suitably qualified and independent third party to assess such discrepancy and the cost of that third party will be shared equally between Airbus and the Seller. If Airbus and the Seller cannot agree on the selection of such third party in a timely manner, Avitas Inc shall be appointed to select such third party.
