In-service Credits The District shall accept all clock hours or in-service credits that meet State Board of Education approval standards for clock hour and in-service credit. The credits shall count toward advancement on the salary schedule. Ten (10) clock hours of in-service shall be equal to one quarter university credit and shall be recognized for salary schedule placement.
