ACCEPTANCE OF FINAL PAYMENT; RELEASE. Consultant’s acceptance of the final payment shall be a release in full of all claims against the City or its agents arising out of or by reason of the Work. Any payment, however, final or otherwise, shall not release the Consultant or their sureties from any obligations under the Contract Documents or any performance or payment bond.
