GOVERNMENT FUNDED PROJECT. Any contract for services which involves any City funds and the total amount of the contract is fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) or more. Burlington School Department contracts shall not be considered government funded projects under this article.

GOVERNMENT FUNDED PROJECT. If this Agreement is funded in part by either the State of Texas or the federal government, the County and Participant agree to timely comply, without additional cost or expense to the other party, unless otherwise specified herein, to any statute, rule, regulation, grant, contract provision, or other state or federal law, rule, regulation, or other similar restriction that imposes additional or greater requirements than stated herein and that is directly applicable to the services rendered under the terms of this Agreement.
