Acceptance of Franchise Agreements. Spectrum hereby confirms and affirms its unconditional acceptance of each of the Franchise Agreements granted and issued by each of the TBNK Member Governments to Spectrum, and Spectrum further covenants and agrees to comply with and abide by all of the provisions, terms, and conditions of the Franchise Agreements.
