Acceptance of land in current condition. Council accepts the Land in its present state and condition and state of repair including any structures, any rubbish and any contamination or hazardous substances or latent or patent defects. The Corporation warrants that as at the date of this Agreement it is not aware of any contamination in, on or under the Land. Council accepts the transfer of the Land with any existing occupation or tenancies affecting the Land.
