Examples of Acceptance of Premises in a sentence

Acceptance of Premises. Tenant acknowledges that, as of the Commencement Date, the Leased Premises and the Building of which it forms a part and its systems and components are in good working order and condition and repair and Tenant accepts the Premises in its current as-is condition.
