Common use of Acceptance of Recommendation Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Recommendation. Upon receipt of ---------------------------- Consultant's recommendation, the Tribal Corporation's Representative shall review the recommendation and if acceptable forward it to the Tribal Corporation for formal acceptance. Unless there is a reasonable basis for the Tribal Corporation to reject Consultant's recommendation, the Tribal Corporation shall designate the recommended general contractor as the Contractor under this Agreement, and enter into an agreement to acquire the Contractor's services.
