Acceptance of Technical Services. Acceptance of Technical Services will be deemed to occur when ClearBlade notifies Customer that the Services have been completed, unless Customer notifies ClearBlade in writing of any material nonconformities of the Services with the applicable Statement of Work within five days after ClearBlade has provided the Services to Customer (“Acceptance Period”) with sufficient documentation to enable ClearBlade to understand the reasons Customer believes the Services are nonconforming and other pertinent details. ClearBlade will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the nonconformities and make such correction available to Customer for acceptance testing as provided above. Acceptance will also be deemed to occur if the Technical Services, including any Work Product, are put to productive use on behalf of or by Customer.

Acceptance of Technical Services. Acceptance of Technical Services will be deemed to occur unless Customer notifies AgileAssets in writing of any material nonconformities of the Services with the applicable Statement of Work within ten business days after AgileAssets has provided such Services to Customer (“Acceptance Period”). In that event, Customer will provide sufficient documentation to enable AgileAssets to understand the reasons Customer believes the Services are nonconforming and other pertinent details. AgileAssets will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the nonconformities and make such correction available to Customer for acceptance testing as provided above. Acceptance will also be deemed to occur if the Technical Services or Work Product is put to productive use on behalf of or by Customer.

Related to Acceptance of Technical Services

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include:

  • Geotechnical Services Engineer will obtain all necessary subsurface investigations, tests, reports, and perform related surveys.

  • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits. For information about telemedicine services, our designated telemedicine service provider, and how to access telemedicine services, please visit our website or contact our Customer Service Department.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.
