Common use of Acceptance of Trust Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Trust. The Trustee hereby accepts the Trust created and provided for by and in this Agreement and agrees to perform the same upon the terms and conditions herein set forth and to hold all rights, privileges and benefits conferred hereby and by law in trust for the various persons who shall from time to time be Beneficiaries, subject to all the terms and conditions herein set forth.

Acceptance of Trust. The Debenture Trustee hereby accepts the trusts in this Trust created Indenture declared and provided for by and in this Agreement and agrees to perform the same upon the terms and conditions herein set forth and to hold all rights, privileges and benefits conferred hereby and by law in trust for the various persons who shall from time to time be BeneficiariesDebentureholders, subject to all the terms and conditions herein set forth.

Acceptance of Trust. The Trustee hereby accepts the Trust created and provided for by and in this Agreement trust agreement and agrees to perform the same upon the terms and conditions herein set forth and to hold all rights, privileges and benefits conferred hereby and by law in trust for and as agent on behalf of the 44 -44- various persons who shall from time to time be BeneficiariesNon-Affiliated Holders, subject to all the terms and conditions herein set forth.

Acceptance of Trust. The Trustee hereby accepts the Trust created trusts in this Indenture declared and provided for by and in this Agreement and agrees to perform the same upon the terms and conditions herein set forth and to hold all rights, privileges and benefits conferred hereby and by law in trust for the various persons who shall from time to time be BeneficiariesDebenture holders, subject to all the terms and conditions herein set forth.. The Trustee hereby accepts the Trust created and provided for by and in this Agreement voting trust agreement and agrees to perform the same upon the terms and conditions herein set forth and to hold all rights, privileges and benefits conferred hereby and by law in trust for CLC and the various persons who shall from time to time be BeneficiariesStockholders, subject to all the terms and conditions herein set forth.

Acceptance of Trust. The Trustee hereby accepts the Trust created trusts in this Second Supplemental Indenture declared and provided for by and in this Agreement and agrees to perform the same upon the terms and conditions herein before set forth and to hold all rights, privileges and benefits conferred hereby and by law in trust for the various persons Persons who shall from time to time be Beneficiaries, Debentureholders subject to all the terms and conditions herein set forth.

Acceptance of Trust. The Trustee hereby accepts the Trust created trusts in this Indenture declared and provided for by and in this Agreement and agrees to perform the same upon the terms and conditions herein set forth forth, and also agrees to hold all rights, privileges and benefits conferred hereby and by law in trust for act as the various persons who shall from time Warrant Agency pursuant to time be Beneficiaries, subject to all the terms and conditions herein set forthSection 3.1(c).

Acceptance of Trust. The Trustee hereby accepts the Trust trusts in this Indenture declared, created or constituted and provided for by and in this Agreement and agrees to perform the same upon the terms and conditions herein set forth and to hold all rights, privileges and benefits conferred hereby and by law in trust for the various persons who shall from time to time be Beneficiaries, subject to all the terms and conditions herein set forth.

The Trustee Trustee, as Trustee, accept the trust created hereby accepts the Trust created and provided for by and in this Agreement and agrees to perform the same upon the terms and conditions herein set forth and to hold all rights, privileges and benefits conferred hereby and by law in trust for the various persons who shall from time to time be Beneficiaries, subject to all the terms and conditions herein contained and agree that they will exercise the powers and perform the duties of Voting Trustee as herein set forthforth according to the provisions of this Agreement; provided, however, that the Trustee, as Trustee, may resign and discharge themselves from the trust created hereby in the manner herein provided.
