Access and Session Control. Destination restrictions will be enforced at remote access facilities used for access to OSS interfaces. These connections must be approved by each Party’s corporate security organization. Terminals or other input devices must not be left unattended while they may be used for system access. Upon completion of each work session, terminals or workstations must be properly logged off. On the destination system, users are granted access to specific resources (e.g. databases, files, transactions, etc.). These permissions will usually be defined for an individual user (or user group) when a user id is approved for access to the system.

  • Access Control Supplier will maintain an appropriate access control policy that is designed to restrict access to Accenture Data and Supplier assets to authorized Personnel. Supplier will require that all accounts have complex passwords that contain letters, numbers, and special characters, be changed at least every 90 days, and have a minimum length of 8 characters.

  • Access and Inspection 3.7.1 To allow the Landlord (or any Superior Landlord) their agent or any professional adviser, or contractor authorised by the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent to enter the Property with or without workmen and with all necessary equipment.
