Access Facilities. For any services that are to be performed on Customer's premises, Customer agrees to provide, at Customer's expense, utilities, work space and other on-site accommodations reasonably necessary to enable Pearson to perform such services, and shall provide unencumbered access to all servers, workstations and other equipment with respect to which such work is to be performed.
Access Facilities. 18.1 The Customer will be responsible for providing and maintaining its own facilities (including hardware, device, web browser, software, internet, and network capabilities) necessary for accessing the Service.
18.2 The Service is optimized for the latest versions of modern and supported browsers; Edge, Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
Access Facilities. Customer shall provide Fujitsu with reasonable access to Customer facilities, network, equipment, and software at all reasonable times to provide applicable services. Customer, at its own expense, shall make available to Fujitsu appropriate staff who are familiar with Customer’s equipment, network, software and/or applications, and shall provide suitable working space, reasonable communication privileges, including internet access, and other facilities as Fujitsu reasonably requires. Customer will, at its expense, provide onsite high speed data line access and cabling as Fujitsu reasonably requires to provide the applicable services.
Access Facilities. The Owner agrees:
(a) Not to foul the highways leading to the Land and to provide on all construction accesses leading to the Land, an interim granular surface to prevent mud or dust from fouling the road;
(b) Not to permit any approach ramps and driveways across the untravelled portion of any road allowance owned by the Municipality unless such approach ramps are paved to the Municipality's specifications;
(c) To install curbing to the Municipality's specifications along the approach ramps between the property line and the street, and at all locations shown on the approved plans and drawings; and
(d) To provide fire access route and associated signs.
Access Facilities. Access shall be provided at both the front and back of kiosks and junction boxes, except for small terminal boxes of the type normally employed for wall mounting. Doors and access covers shall be easily opened, and shall not be secured but nuts and bolts. Door and covers under 14 kg weight may be of the slide - on pattern, above this weight they shall be preferably be hinged. Kiosks doors shall be fastened with integral handles, nuts, bolts, or carriage keys shall not be used. Provision shall be made for padlocking each door. Hinged doors on outdoor boxes shall be provided with stays to latch the doors in the open position.
Access Facilities. VOO S.A. will provide Beneficiary with an appropriate ”Escort Service” – Access from outside the VOO S.A. premises up to the Beneficiary’s Co-Mingling Area.

(b) To unimpeded access to or from the country, and within the country, to all sites of cooperation activities, to the extent necessary for the implementation of programmes of cooperation.
Access Facilities. Regarding the Access facilities BRUTELE will ensure that the security firm that delivers the escort service to the Beneficiary will be in possession of the necessary keys and badges in order to be enabled to access the Co-Mingling Area under all circumstances.
