Common use of Access and Site Regulations Clause in Contracts

Access and Site Regulations. 12.1. The Client agrees to take reasonable steps to provide access to the Client’s Site and to ensure that the End User provides OUTSOURCE TELECOM with access to the End User’s Site including for the purpose of installation and use of the OUTSOURCE TELECOM Equipment at the Client’s Site and/or at the End User’s Site.
