ACCESS PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT DATE. Beginning on the Effective Date, Lessee shall have access to the Premises to prepare and plant the Premises with crops, and cultivate, irrigate, raise and harvest each crop and otherwise use the Premises for growing crops, and for no other use or purpose whatsoever. The parties agree that the obligation for Lessee to pay Basic Rent for the use and occupancy of the Premises begins on the Commencement Date.
