Access to CDB. In order for Customer to use CDB, Customer must have at least one open Account and an Authorized Representative must execute this Addendum and the CDB Enrollment Form. Upon acceptance of this Addendum and the CDB Enrollment Form by Bank, the Master User designated by the Authorized Representative in the CDB Enrollment Form will receive a security code and a secure link to establish the Master User's Access ID. The Master User shall serve as Customer’s primary contact with Bank with respect to CDB. The Master User will have the authority to act on Xxxxxxxx’s behalf in all matters with respect to CDB. The Master User will have control of all Access IDs of Sub-Users and will have the ability to grant or deny access to certain functionality of CDB to Sub- Users on behalf of Customer. To establish a Sub-User's Access ID, a Sub-User must utilize the security code and secure link provided to them. Bank may continue to recognize the authority of an Authorized Representative and Master User until it has received and has had a reasonable time to act upon written notice from Customer that an Authorized Representative or Master User is no longer authorized to transact business on Customer's Accounts.

  • Access to NID 2.17.3.1 TWTC may access the customer’s premises wiring by any of the following means and TWTC shall not disturb the existing form of electrical protection and shall maintain the physical integrity of the NID:
