Common use of Access to Centers Clause in Contracts

Access to Centers. All bargaining unit employees will be granted access to, and use of, recreation center gym/weight rooms and aquatic centers free of charge. In order to receive such access the bargaining unit members shall follow the administrative process established by the parties. Bargaining unit employees who have been granted access to recreation center gym/weight rooms and aquatic centers immediately prior to their retirement from County employment shall have a vested right to continued access to, and use of, these facilities at the discounted rate of 50% off the membership fee for any single-person membership category throughout their retirement.
