Common use of Access to County Network Clause in Contracts

Access to County Network. All work on the County Network, including constructing, lashing, and splicing, shall be performed exclusively by the County or its approved contractors. The County shall provide the Licensee access to the Licensed Fibers at the Interconnection Points, provided that the Licensee, through a County-approved contractor, shall splice all interconnections between the County Network and the Licensee's Equipment. The County shall have the sole discretion to determine the standards and methods by which Strands enter and exit the County Network and connect to the Licensee's Equipment, consistent with applicable Laws, Underlying Rights and Codes. The Licensee, at its sole cost and expense, shall provide sufficient fiber optic cable and other materials necessary to reach the Interconnection Points and allow for connections to the Licensed Fibers.
