ACCESS TO CSB. SUGAM XXXXXX PROJECT OR ITS NOMINATED AGENCIES LOCATION a) For so long as the Partner provides Services from any CSB/XXXXX XXXXXX PROJECT location on a non-permanent basis and to the extent necessary for the Partner to provide the Services and at no cost to the Partner, the Director, CSB/XXXXX XXXXXX Project, shall, subject to compliance by the Partner with any safety and security guidelines which may be provided by the Director, CSB/XXXXX XXXXXX Project and notified to the Partner in writing, provide the Partner with: i) reasonable access, in the same manner granted to CSB/SUGAM XXXXXX PROJECT employees, to CSB/SUGAM XXXXXX PROJECT locations twenty- four hours a day, seven days a week; and

  • Access to NID 2.17.3.1 TWTC may access the customer’s premises wiring by any of the following means and TWTC shall not disturb the existing form of electrical protection and shall maintain the physical integrity of the NID:
