Access to Facilities and Participation in Meetings. 23.8.1 Sessional Appointees shall be entitled, on the same basis as continuing staff, to the following services as required for instructional purposes: copying services, office equipment and supplies, computer accounts, library services, secretarial services, marking / teaching assistants, inclusion in departmental staff lists, mail services, and access to desk / office / telephone when meeting with students or holding office hours.
