Common use of ACCESS TO OPERATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEMS Clause in Contracts

ACCESS TO OPERATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEMS. 2.1 BellSouth shall provide to Telephone One nondiscriminatory access to its OSS and the necessary information contained therein in order that Telephone One can perform the functions of pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing. BellSouth shall provide nondiscriminatory access to the OSS through manual and/or electronic interfaces as described in this Attachment. It is the sole responsibility of Telephone One to obtain the technical capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Specifications for Telephone One’s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic interfaces are set forth at BellSouth’s Interconnection Web site.

It is the sole responsibility of Easy Telephone One to obtain the technical capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Specifications for Telephone OneEasy Telephone’s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic interfaces are set forth at BellSouth’s Interconnection Web site.

It is the sole responsibility of Telephone One AM-TEL to obtain the technical capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Specifications for Telephone OneAM-TEL’s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic interfaces are set forth at BellSouth’s Interconnection Web sitesite and are incorporated herein by reference.
