Common use of Access to Property Clause in Contracts

Access to Property. Subject to the rights of Tenants, owners of Units and the Condominium Documents, Borrower shall cause Mortgage Borrower to permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Property or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice.

Subject to the rights of Tenants, owners of Units and the Condominium Documents, Borrower Borrowers shall cause Mortgage Borrower to permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Property or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice.

Any such inspections shall be conducted in a manner so as to minimize disruption to the business and operations of Mortgage Borrower, the Property and any tenants or occupants thereof.

Subject to the rights of TenantsBorrower shall, owners of Units and the Condominium Documents, Borrower shall cause each Mortgage Borrower to to, permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Property and the Collateral or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice.

Subject to the rights of Tenants, owners of Units and the Condominium Documents, Borrower shall cause Mortgage Borrower to permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Property or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon Lender’s providing reasonable advance noticenotice to Borrower subject to Tenant’s rights under any existing lease or leases.

Subject to the rights of TenantsBorrower shall, owners of Units and the Condominium Documents, Borrower or shall cause Mortgage Borrower to to, permit agents, representatives representatives, consultants and employees of Lender to inspect the Property or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance noticenotice subject to the rights of tenants of the Property under their respective Leases.
