Access to the Settlement Claims Administrator. The Parties will have equal access to the Settlement Claims Administrator. Class Counsel and Defendants’ Counsel agree to use their best efforts to cooperate with the Settlement Claims Administrator and provide reasonable assistance in administering the settlement.

Access to the Settlement Claims Administrator. The Parties will have equal access to the Settlement Claims Administrator. Class Counsel and Defense Counsel shall provide the Settlement Claims Administrator with information necessary to calculate the Settlement Checks, resolve any challenges to Class Member data as to hours and dates worked, and reasonably assist the Settlement Claims Administrator in locating Class Members. The Settlement Claims Administrator shall provide Individual Net Amounts (as defined below) regarding all Class Members, identified by name and calculations specific to each Class Member as prescribed by this Agreement to Class Counsel and Defense Counsel within ten days of Notice of Entry of the Final Order approving this Agreement.
