Equal Access. The Contractor shall provide the services set forth in Article I without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, physical handicap, or age.
Equal Access. The Government shall provide equal access to public services to individuals with limited English proficiency in compliance with MD. Code Xxx., State Government Article, §10-1101 et seq., and Policy Guidance issued by the Office of Civil Rights, Department of Health and Human Services, and MDH Policy 01.02.05.

The Distributor will make available to the Retailer all of the services that the Distributor provides to any other retailer under an agreement in accordance with which the retailer is entitled to have electricity delivered by the Distributor via the Network to its customers, but only if those services cannot be practicably provided by any other party (the “Sole Provider Services”).

Equal Access. Physician agrees to accept Humana Members as patients within the normal scope of Physician’s medical practice. If, due to overcapacity, Physician closes his/her practice to new patients, such closure will apply to all prospective patients without discrimination or regard to payor or source of payment for services, Should Physician subsequently reopen his/her practice to new patients, Physician agrees to accept Humana Members seeking assignment and/or referral to Physician’s practice to the same extent and in the same manner as all other non-Humana patients seeking Physician’s services.
Equal Access. Supplier ensures equal access to their software, products and services for all and particularly for individuals with disabilities, in a timely manner. An individual with a disability will be afforded the same opportunity to acquire and engage with the software, products, and services as a person without a disability in an equally effective and equality integrated manner, with substantially equivalent ease of use
Equal Access. All eligible middle and high school students in the state of Georgia should have access to the Science Fair regardless of the type of school they attend, including public, private, parochial, charter, magnet, home, and cyber schools, in accordance with state and federal laws.
Equal Access. Between the Announcement Date and the end of the Offer Period, the Target promptly, and in any event within 2 Business Days, provides to the Bidder a copy of all information that is not generally available (within the meaning of the Corporations Act) relating to the Target or any of its subsidiaries, or their respective assets, liabilities or operations, that has been provided by the Target or any of its directors, officers, agents or representatives to any person other than the Bidder, other than in the ordinary course of ordinary business, for the purposes of soliciting, encouraging or facilitating any proposal with respect to:
(i) a takeover bid for, or scheme of arrangement proposed by, the Target, under the Corporations Act;
(ii) the acquisition by that person or an associate of substantially all the assets and operations of the Target; or
(iii) any transaction having a similar economic effect.
