- Access to Trip Reports, etc. For the purpose of processing specific grievances or disputes, Business Representatives and stewards shall have relevant trip sheets, time cards and personnel disciplinary records made available to them on request immediately at the head office terminal during the office hours of the Company and at other terminals within three (3) working days.
