Access to Unbundled Local Loops. 2.1.1 Requesting Carrier shall access Ameritech's Unbundled Local Loops either via Collocation or in accordance with Article IX of this Agreement at the Ameritech Wire Center where that element exists and each Loop shall be delivered to Requesting Carrier's Collocation by means of a Cross-Connection, which shall be an additional charge.
