Common use of Access to Work Location Clause in Contracts

Access to Work Location. A. Access to employee work locations shall be granted officers/stewards of the Union and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the organization concerning business within the scope of representation. Such persons shall not enter any work location without the consent of the Department Head, the Department Head’s designee or the Human Resources Director.
