Accessibility Consultant. During the term of this Agreement the American Cancer Society shall retain an outside consultant that has been agreed to by Claimant to assist ACS’ principal web developer in ensuring substantial compliance with the WCAG Guidelines. At a minimum, the accessibility consultant shall perform an accessibility review and compliance validation of a specified number of web pages developed by American Cancer Society’s web developer. The number of pages to be reviewed will be determined by the consultant’s recommendation.

Accessibility Consultant. During the term of this Agreement, Weight Watchers shall retain an outside consultant to assist Weight Watchers’ principal web developer in ensuring substantial compliance with the Access Standard. The selection of this Accessibility Consultant shall be subject to Claimants’ consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. At a minimum, the Accessibility Consultant shall perform an accessibility review and compliance validation of a number of web pages on the Weight Watchers Websites, to be determined by the Accessibility Consultant.

Related to Accessibility Consultant

  • Accessibility Supplier warrants that all Products will meet the requirements set forth in all federal, state, local and foreign laws, rules, and regulations applicable to accessibility of information technology for people with disabilities. Supplier agrees to use personnel trained and knowledgeable in supporting the needs of persons with disabilities in performance of Services under this Order.

  • Accessibility Requirements Under Tex. Gov’t Code Chapter 2054, Subchapter M, and implementing rules of the Texas Department of Information Resources, the System Agency must procure Products and services that comply with the Accessibility Standards when those Products are available in the commercial marketplace or when those Products are developed in response to a procurement solicitation. Accordingly, Grantee must provide electronic and information resources and associated Product documentation and technical support that comply with the Accessibility Standards.

  • Quality Control A. Controlled Affiliate agrees to use the Licensed Marks and Name only in connection with the licensed services and further agrees to be bound by the conditions regarding quality control shown in attached Exhibit A as they may be amended by BCBSA from time-to-time.

  • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Capability The wind plant shall provide SCADA capability to transmit data and receive instructions from the ISO and/or the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, as applicable, to protect system reliability. The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.

  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.
