Web Developer. Builds web pages using a variety of graphics software applications and web-based scripting language(s), manages and performs website editorial activities, analyzes complex technical problems, develops and renders solutions, develops site content, aids in all web projects involving desktop publishing and website design and development. Minimum Education/Experience: Certification in web applications. Must have experience in website development. Must have experience in web page design, web-based scripting language(s), and web graphics files and standards.

Web Developer. The Web Developer will have at a minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or other related discipline and six years of experience. Experience required includes work as an applications programmer on large-scale database management systems, knowledge of computer equipment and the ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives. Knowledgeable of applicable industry and government standards.
Web Developer. Provides web development for WCT online presence, using current software and techniques to satisfy program brand and design objectives. Assess current technology used and make recommendations to ensure technology achieves program objectives. Provides programming expertise recommendations only, with respect to existing software and social media applications. . Oversight support for systems programs with respect to access methods, access time, device allocation, validation, checks, organization, protection and security, documentation, guidelines and statistical reporting. All website hosting, and hosting support activities are conducted by outside military services, such as DMA (Defense Media Activities).

  • Developer Developer shall construct and complete, in a good and workmanlike manner, the Work for the Guaranteed Maximum Price including any adjustment(s) to the Guaranteed Maximum Price pursuant to provisions herein regarding changes to the Guaranteed Maximum Price.   • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with college/district policies and available resources.

  • Employee Development The Employer may provide employees the opportunity to participate in appropriate seminars, workshops or short courses. When possible and appropriate the Employer will provide to all staff information on seminars, workshops or short courses by posting a notice on the Employer’s internal web site.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.
