  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.   • CHILD AND DEPENDENT ADULT/ELDER ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR shall establish a procedure acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR to ensure that all employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement report child abuse or neglect to one of the agencies specified in Penal Code Section 11165.9 and dependent adult or elder abuse as defined in Section 15610.07 of the WIC to one of the agencies specified in WIC Section 15630. CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.

  • Therapist Availability Therapist’s office is equipped with a confidential voice mail system that allows Patient to leave a message at any time.   • Accessibility of Information Technology Contractor represents and warrants that any software/ hardware/ communications system/ equipment (collectively “technology”), if any, provided under this Agreement adheres to the standards and/or specifications as may be set forth in the Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 standards guide and is fully compliant with WCAG 2.0 AA standards for accessibility and compliant with any applicable FCC regulations. Technology that will be used on a mobile device must also be navigable with Voiceover on iOS devices in addition to meeting WCAG 2.0 level AA. If portions of the technology or user experience are alleged to be non-compliant or non- accessible at any point, District will provide Contractor with notice of such allegation and Contractor shall use its best efforts to make the technology compliant and accessible. If a state or federal department, office or regulatory agency, or if any other third party administrative agency or organization (“Claimants”), make a claim, allegation, initiates legal or regulatory process, or if a court finds or otherwise determines that technology is non-compliant or non-accessible, Contractor shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the District from and against any and all such claims, allegations, liabilities, damages, penalties, fees, costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees), arising out of or related to Xxxxxxxxx’ claims. Contractor shall also fully indemnify District for the full cost of any user accommodation that is found to be necessary due to an identifiable lack of accessibility in the Contractor’s technology.   • Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 Think 12 will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. Think 12 must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non- designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Think 12 will be required to provide the results of the Think 12 test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.
