ACCIDENT PREVENTION. 12.01 It is understood and agreed that the Parties to this Agreement shall at all times comply with the accident prevention regulations of the Workers Compensation Act, and any refusal on the part of an Employee to work in contravention of such regulations shall not be deemed to be a breach of this Agreement. Further, no Employee will be discharged because he fails to work under unsafe conditions as set out in the regulations. Any refusal of an Employee to abide by known WorkSafeBC regulations or posted Employer safety regulations, after being duly warned, will be sufficient cause for dismissal.
