Accident Review Boards. An employee will, whenever possible, be given at least 24 hours advance notice before an appearance is required before an Accident Review Board. Upon request of the employee, union representation will be permitted at all discussions of accidents, provided that the acquiring of such union representation does not delay the scheduled discussion.
