Common use of Accidental Damage Protection Clause in Contracts

Accidental Damage Protection. GCCC has procedures in place to repair the MLD against some accidental damage not covered by the standard warranty. This coverage does not provide for damage caused by fire, theft, loss, misuse, intentional or frequent damage or cosmetic damage. GCCC technicians will service repairs and replacements for defective parts and acts of accidental damage. However, if the damages are negligence, misuse or maliciousness there will be charges accessed to the student who is assigned that MLD.
