Common use of Accidents and Safety Clause in Contracts

Accidents and Safety. Section 1. All accidents occurring while on the job must be reported as soon as possible to the Borough Administrator or Designee. All accidents shall be reported to the appropriate insurance carrier within the time prescribed by the insurance policy. The accident report form shall be prepared by the employee’s Department Head. Non accident claims are not included in this provision.
