Safety Footwear - Inside Employees. The Employer shall provide on an as required basis as approved by the Supervisor, to each employee who is required to wear safety footwear in the performance of their duties, an allowance of up to one hundred and seventy five (175) dollars to assist in the purchase of appropriate C.S.A. approved safety footwear. Reimbursement will be paid for the value of the receipt.

  • Shift Employees Employees who work rotating shift patterns or those who work qualifying shifts shall be entitled, on completion of 12 months employment on shift work, to up to an additional 5 days annual leave, based on the number of qualifying shifts worked.
