Accommodation and the Clearing Process 6. 2.1 For the avoidance of doubt: (a) If you are unsuccessful in meeting the required entry criteria for study set out in the terms of your offer of a place to study at the University and you enter the clearing process at the University, your student accommodation Agreement will terminate automatically under clause 6.1.1(a) and the remaining provisions of clause 6.1 will apply. If you subsequently obtain a place to study at the University through the clearing process, you may make a fresh application for a place in student accommodation at the University. (b) If you are unsuccessful in meeting the required entry criteria for study set out in the terms of your offer of a place to study at the University but you are offered a place to study on the same course or an alternative course by us, other than through the clearing process, this Agreement will remain in place and will not terminate automatically under clause 6.1. If you decide not to take up the alternative place or course offered by the University, you may exercise your termination rights under clause 6.5 and we may exercise our termination rights under clause 6.7. In these circumstances you will remain liable for sums due under this Agreement to the extent set out in those clauses. (c) Student Living is not held liable for any data errors which may cause difficulties with 6.2.1 (b) (d) If you meet the required entry criteria for study set out in the terms of your offer of a place to study at the University but you apply to defer your place at the University until the following academic year: (i) Where you apply to the University before the date on which the Period of Residence commences to defer your place this Agreement will terminate automatically under clause 6.1.1(d) and the remaining provisions of clause 6.1 will apply; (ii) Where you apply to the University on or after the date on which the Period of Residence commences to defer your place, this Agreement will not terminate automatically under clause 6.1 but you may exercise your termination rights under clause 6.5 and we may exercise our termination rights under clause 6.7. In these circumstances you will remain liable for sums due under this Agreement to the extent set out in those clauses.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by MLTC for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by MLTC, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit MLTC to route the MLTC Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by MLTC. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Contractor Services Emerald has contracted, on an exclusive basis, with official contractors to provide certain services for the Event. Service companies other than the official contractors will not be allowed to perform any of these exclusive services. Non-exclusive services may be performed by exhibitor-appointed contractors (“EACs”) within certain guidelines. Please refer to the Exhibitor Service Manual for a listing of exclusive services and EAC guidelines.
